2023 Christmas Bottle Raffle Registration

Please complete the form below to register. Once you click the purchase button, you will be redirected to the WCWC Venmo page, which is our only digital purchase option. If you don't want to use Venmo, please indicate on the form below and we will be in touch to facilitate an in-person transaction.
WHEN SENDING VIA VENMO:
PLEASE BE SURE TO INCLUDE YOUR NAME AND NUMBER OF TICKETS IN THE PURCHASE DETAILS AS SHOWN BELOW.
If you don't include your name, we won't be able to match the purchase with your registration and we won't be able to send you your raffle tickets.
Send your purchase in increments of $10, as each ticket costs $10, you can purchase as many as you would like. We will then email you your raffle tickets with all necessary information. Please be patient as these are being processed manually so it may take a bit to get you your tickets. If you haven't received your ticket within 5 days of purchasing, please let us know and we will make sure we received it.

Lastly, please try your best to send payment immediately after filling out the form as it will make our jobs easier with matching up registrations with their corresponding payments.
